executives and start-up specialists, whose
experience, talent and success are paramount
in radio, advertising, talent, business
and legal.
Michael
O’Shea, CEO.
Michael brings over 30 years of experience
in radio to ACR. Starting as an on-air personality,
to an award winning radio programmer, to
a station general manager, to group executive and group owner. Michael
is currently the largest individual shareholder and founder of a
43 station radio group in the Pacific Northwest. He’s been operating
general partner of four stations in Seattle, four in Phoenix and corporate
officer of stations in Chicago, Houston, Boston, Atlanta, and Washington,
D.C. He was programming Vice President of Gene Autry’s LA based
Golden West Broadcasters, and has been named Billboard Magazine’s
Program Director of the year two times. Michael’s unique blend
of program expertise, management experience, startup history and reputation
in the national radio scene makes him supremely qualified to lead All
Comedy Radio’s launch and development.
John
Storer, Executive Vice President, Business Development.
John’s
entire 20-plus year career has been spent in creating financial support for
advertising-supported emerging or start-up media ventures.
John comes to All Comedy Radio after a successful tenures as West Coast
Sales Vice President for Comedy Central, the all-comedy television network.
John has also worked on startup teams at Real Networks, Seattle and Turner
Broadcasting, New York and Los Angeles. His specialty is securing advertising
support for new forms of media, sometimes even prior to launch. John
also had early career experience in professional comedy working with
legendary Budd Friedman (founder of the Improv) on the weekly NBC television
show “Evening at the Improv”.
Howard
Levine, Executive Vice President, Business and Legal.
Howard brings
more than 20 years of entertainment law and business startup experience
to All Comedy Radio. His legal expertise in the areas of intellectual
property rights, FCC compliance, contract negotiations business litigation
and corporate law are vital to ACR’s growth and development.
Howard has developed many Los Angeles professional comedy contacts
and relationships raising over $30 million
of equity. Howard has been negotiating and developing the exclusive
IP rights and general business plan for All Comedy Radio since 1999.
Ric
Lippincott, Vice President Station Affiliation.
Ric is
a 20-plus year veteran radio programmer and national record company
executive. His Radio experience includes over nine years as program
director of legendary WLS, Chicago and program director positions with
KHTZ, Los Angeles and KYUU, San Francisco. Ric's resume in the recording
industry includes positions as VP Promotion for Madonna's Maverick
record label and Mike Curb's Curb/Atlantic record company, both in
Los Angeles. He started his career in radio as an on-air personality
in Hawaii. |
